I recently stayed at this hotel in Rome and was pleasantly surprised. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the hotel's central location. Speaking of location, it was in a lively neighborhood with...

Dirty, room uncleaned, they held our passports in an unsecure area unlike any other hotel here in rome!

The hotel was conveniently located near the train/bus station and there was a market outside in the morning. The breakfast was of good quality.
The hotel required guests to pay additional charges and some of the staff were not properly trained. The room was not properly cleaned and there was no proper ventilation, making the bathroom smell bad.

There was no "like best" in our stay.
We had to pay 3 euros for WiFi access which never connected. Went to the lobby twice to see if they could assist. The woman was pleasant and tried; the man who worked the late night into morning shift was very non-customer support oriented and insisted it was our computer. We had no problems with our computer either before or after our stay at this hotel. We asked for our money back and he said we'd have to do it in the morning. We had to take the 6a.m. train the the airport for our flight and he just shrugged his shoulders and said as much as it's not his problem. Well it's this hotel's problem to have someone with that attitude and there should be some type of petty cash (since we had to pay in cash) to reimburse the customer for service that doesn't work. So we'll never see that money again...it's free change in their pockets.

This hotel is conveniently located near a train station and is situated in an open-ish area next to a 24-hour shop. The room and bathroom were basic but clean, and the shower had good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Breakfast...

Room was dirty, bed was extremely hard, no shower curtain, do not stay here unless on extreme budget or you have low expectations. Rated 2 Stars, but I'd be pressed to give them one star.

It is very well located, close to the railway station (3 streets to Roma Termini), also the downtown is easy to be reached (metro/walking).

After having read negative reviews, I was thinking of getting another hotel. I am happy I did not. The negative reviews are not fair to the hotel. Yes, it is not a 5* hotel next to Vatican, yet, it is a simple and clean hotel with very friendly staff 3 blocks from Termini. One, of course, can question if 3 stars is not too much for the hotel, but it is well worth the price.
Nothing negative to share.
